What ages are the cars designed for?

Our vehicles are built for children approximately 2–7 years old, within the manufacturer's weight limits. We'll confirm sizing when you book.

Question 2

Do you supervise the kids while they ride?

Accepted Answer

No — a parent or responsible adult must supervise riders at all times. Our team handles vehicle setup, safety guidelines, and equipment, but isn't a substitute for parent supervision.

Question 3

How many cars can we rent?

We recommend 2–12 cars depending on your group size and space. Let us know your headcount and we'll suggest the right fit.

Question 4

Where do you deliver?

We currently serve the Jackson, Ridgeland, and Madison, MS area. If you're outside that zone, reach out — we may still be able to accommodate you.

Question 5

What surfaces can the cars be used on?

Accepted Answer

Flat, smooth surfaces work best — driveways, cul-de-sacs, parking lots, or grassy yards. Not recommended for gravel, steep inclines, or near water/pools.

Question 6

What if it rains?

We monitor weather closely. In the event of unsafe conditions, we'll work with you to reschedule or adjust setup.

Question 7

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead, especially during spring and summer birthday season.

Question 8

Is there a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a deposit secures your date, with the balance due on the day of the event. Details are in your rental agreement.

Question 9

What happens if a vehicle is damaged during the rental?

Accepted Answer

Normal wear is expected and covered. Damage beyond normal use may be deducted from your deposit — full terms are outlined in the rental agreement provided at booking.

Question 10

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Once your booking is confirmed, a Square invoice will be sent to collect your deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event and can be paid via Square, certified check, money order, or cash. All payments are made payable to Bellis Logistics.
